[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine from Ninja is top notch. It has endless possibilities and satisfies every craving for myself and the whole family. We love having homemade fresh ice cream, smoothies, gelato and more whenever we desire. The machine is sleek and takes up minimal room on the counter. It is easy to understand all the functions and the quick start guide and recipe book really helps. It has recipes for everything it makes and they are so delicious. There is really no end to what you can mix in whether it be flavors or add-ins. It comes with two pint sized containers for freezing ingredients and storing what we've made. The containers and lids are dishwasher safe and haven't damaged at all. We use it every other day it seems like and it hasn't glitched or malfunctioned once. It is easy to wipe clean and fits in my pantry cabinets for easy storage but I love to display it on my counter. All my guests always asks me to whip them up something special. This is a staple for homes without a doubt.
I absolutely love machine. I don't know how anyone is confused by the instructions because they are very clear. Any issues are definitely user error! The ice cream is exactly as I'm used to from the previous model, but oh my God the creamiccino, slush, and Italian ice functions are awesome! I will use every function on this one, unlike the previous model where I didn't use the smoothie bowl function. The bases are just as quick to create even with more volume. You definitely need to monitor the temperature in your freezer because I'm sure that's where everyone with issues are stemming from.
Great product and innovation that seems to hold up well! You can make great frozen treats out of almost anything! It has helped me be able to make healthier ice cream and sorbets without too much added sugar or additives I don't want. I am glad I found this product on tik tok and purchased it. It will save me from buying store ice cream that has too much sugar or other ingredients I don't want. I can make the frozen treat like I want. The only negatives of the product I see right now, is that it is a little loud, but I have used some blenders in the past that seemed louder. You also do have to wait for items to freeze for about 24 hours for most things. It is a great system that seems to be well thought out and designed by Ninja! Right now I am really enjoying it and making healthier frozen treats. Hopefully it will hold up well for a long time. Thanks!
I purchased the Deluxe 11 in 1 and I enjoy this machine so much - I didn't think it was going to churn the ice cream to perfection but I was wrong. I have made several pints since I purchased this ‘member of the family'. Yes, I deem it a member of my family. I do have one suggestion find a way to make it do this great work quieter. But I'm okay with the ‘could be less noisy' machine because it is producing just what I want. I am very happy I spent the money. Read the manual first so you will know how to operate. Easy to clean, sleek, at this point seems durable, and very easy to use. I like this one. I recommend this product.
I love the Ninja Creami however, after only like the 5th use I am unable to use it anymore due to the outer lid getting stuck to the base and breaking. The lid has a really cheap release button and plastic clip and breaks super easily. Went to order a replacement part and out of stock. Ninja should definitely reconsider the materials used for this part anyways, especially after only getting a couple of uses out of it before it breaks.
I have had my ninja creami for close to a year now. A couple times I've noticed little shreads of curly plastic in my ice cream. I assumed it was the brush I was cleaning the blade with so I stopped and still saw the plastic pieces when I made my next batch. Today I noticed the inside of the container you make the ice cream in had shreads of plastic missing after I ate some of it and stopped because I saw plastic in it again. I love the concept of this machine but god knows how much plastic I've consumed. This is a flaw that needs to be addressed asap before people get sick!
My first time using this machine I followed directions, videos to the tee. This machines blade fell off twice and then once attached again it proceeded to bury its blade on the side of my creami cup until my ice cream was full of plastic. I didn't only waste money on this machine and extra pint containers but wasted my time and disappointed my family. This was a way to control what goes into our food. So upset with everything about this machine !
Arrived in a plain brown box, not the manufacturer's box. No directions or warranty info. Returning.
Bought mid August. As of today, 9/25, the unit is flashing through the size selection (top, bottom, full) and won't let me proceed. Tech support was very frustrating, I had to repeat what the issue was at least a dozen times and they seemed confused (which makes me think there is no known issue of this happening, which instills little confidence in ninja products), the video call function wasn't working on their end yet I was made to try this feature four separate times. After a half hour of absolutely no progress, ginally they just agreed to replace the unit but I'm not real jazzed about a receiving something that will likely just break also. I will not buy another ninja product again after this experience, after a ninja coffee and espresso machine I had leaked incessantly for no reason and it was a known issue they never bothered to fix. They clearly churn out sub-par products at a premium price and make customers jump through hoops to have it made right.
Does not come in original packaging. No instructions either. I think that this is a used/returned item being advertised as new.
