I've seen many bad reviews but I decided to take a chance on this switch once and everything was absolutely perfect so I don't understand the bad reviews I am once again looking out to buy this same thing a second time because it turned out great the first time ( not a second time because something was wrong or missing everything was there and works perfectly) but it's wonderful :) I hope this helps their review stars because this seller was great I had no reason to reach out so as far as I know it's great
This is basically the same switch we have always had with a few improvements. The number one improvement being the OLED screen. I never could play it in portable mode before due to my eyesight. Was just a little to small and unclear for me. With the OLED screen though I am able to see everything without a problem and can now play in portable mode which is rather nice I must say. Great improvement to an already great system.
The controller only work for one week.
Horrible customer service, awful. Do not order if ordering for Christmas.
The particular unit that was sent to me is not in North American model. thereby it is causing certain games and other things do not work properly. nowhere in the description does this say that it is a refurbished model.
dont waste your time buying this, i bought the bundle and the controller didnt come with it

I ordered the Nintendo switch OLED bundle that has the Animal Crossing game, bear face controller and screen protector. I didn't receive the bear controller! I've been trying for 3 days so far to get a response.
Come on now, stealing Nintendo switches out of all the hands of the little kids in America on Christmas Day. So you can profit a pretty penny! Idk which to call u, Scrooge of Grinch?
Overpriced. This package should cost $349.99 (OLED console) $36.24 (Zelda) $32.99 (controller) and the meager "accessories" should be thrown in at no additional cost. That's a grand total of $418.23 on the items included at this package if purchased separately and these items are currently available at retailers. In other words, if you buy this package you will pay a $250 premium to the seller for no good reason.
