Great product for avoiding nicks and dry skin. I had been using Gillette's gel and it irritated my skin as did the Aveeno. This shave gel leaves a slick coating on your skin and allows the razor to glide more smoothly across your face. I really notice the difference with this product.
I discovered the Nivea shave gel and after shave balm as an exchange student almost 25 years ago and I've been using them ever since they became available in the US. I have always hated shaving, but the combo of shaving with the gel and after shave balm have made daily shaving tolerable.
Nice and smooth - can doesn't rust around base... to be honest I picked this as the can doesn't have a rim around the base that causes rusting, and then found that I was very happy with the product inside the can :)
I love this awesome shaving gel. my razor just glides over my face!!! Nice smell, not too overpowering!!

Great shave, great price. Nivea for men is the best shaving gel I have ever used.
Leaves skin feeling wonderful.
i use a de razor and used to use shaving soap, before that barbasol. barbasol dries your skin too much, and the shaving soaps lather lacked the thicknes to really lift my beard. This product leaves my skin feeling moisturized and has the thickness to lift my beard and give a really close smooth shave. plus it smells real fresh. I stick with it until they stop making it. nivea's mens 3 in 1 body wash, i think its the "cool" label is also really nice. now i just have to see if they make an an after shave as good as aqua fresh blue ice. overall i would absolutely recommend this product. i would also recommend those who want a really close shave, but aren't in a rush every time they shave to try a de razor, they take a litlle practice,but nothing shaves closer.
Very good product. Better than others I tried. Less cuts.
It was a mess, some of it oozed out! Never order this again.
