As a person that loves sweets, I was extremely surprised at how good these taste. These are now my go to when I want sweets. Instead of eating brownies, cookies, etc. I now eat a 20 calorie soft chew that tastes amazing and satisfies my sweet tooth. I am reviewing this item as part of a giveaway
These are super chewy and taste delicious. It contains some caffeine. Great substitute for unhealthy snacks.
Appetite chews When I first tried these I really liked them. They have a nice chocolate flavor and are very chewy, almost like a cross between a caramel and a gum. The first few times I used them at the end of the work day to keep myself from snacking before dinner. They worked those times, but as I got through the bag I found them less effective. I only ate 1-2 a day but I definitely felt like they were starting to mess up my stomach by the end of the bag. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased review.
