I purchased along with enough other items to enable free shipping. I ordered size L because that's what size all my other shirts are. These were too small. I asked that they replace them with size XL, without charging me extra for shipping. They agreed to do this but only after I spoke with a supervisor. The representative (before the supervisor) kept repeating that I received what I ordered therefore it wasn't their fault, and I would have to pay shipping on the new items. I guess technically she was correct (on the size question), but to me if clothing sizes can't be standardized in this day and age, it's not my fault. Also the description states that the shirts have a snap down front and snap pocket flaps, which they don't - they're buttons all the way. I prefer the snaps, but for the price (4 bucks each) I won't return them on that account. At least they have two pockets, otherwise I WOULD have returned them! I bought these shirts for working around the house, and for that they're perfect!

I will never order another thing with a No Boundary label again. The shirts are very poor quality, the fabric is thin and would not hold up at all. Both shirts were returned to Walmart. If I could I would have given this product a negative 5 star rating. Get the Plains brand western shirt they are the same price but much better quality!
