I was fearful that the pill would have an aftertaste. None! I think it is helping me. I know I need to add cod liver oil to my diet. This was the perfect answer.
Have been using this product for 10 years and it is a powerful antioxidant with no after taste
I bought this product nearly a month ago and although it is too early to tell i believe I am experiencing positive results...time will tell. One plus I cannot attribute to anything else is I seem to be sleeping better. I have been sleeping poorly for years and had given up hope of sleeping well again. I am able to fall asleep, stay asleep and sleep sounder for much longer periods of time. I am anticipating more positive results as time goes on.
This cod liver oil really help me increased my vitamin D level! I finish one bottle in three months (with some days I forgot but in general I follow it for daily consumption). Then it was time for me to do my annual blood test, the result was such a pleasant surprise. My number went from in lower 20s to mid 50s. FYI the normal Vitamin D level range is 30 - 100. I have been deficient in vitamin D for more than 10 years. This is the first time my number has reached the normal range level. Please also know that for all these years, I have been taking the 50,000 IU vitamin D prescribed by my doctor and supplement with Nature Made Vitamin D3 gel pills. They do not seem to help me increase my numbers. However when I stopped use them for a few months, my number drops further. Now with this cod liver oil, I am happily to tell you all that vitamin D deficiency is now officially off my health record. Feels good to be a normal self again!! Tips on how to consume it: - pour over salad - mix in rice - dip in bread, instead using olive oil
I love this product I started taking in on 4/21/22 and my joints are doing great, my infiltration is way down, my skin is getting better and overall mood has improved. I live in upstate NY where I don't get much sun, but after taking this Cod Liver Oil it just improved my overall health.

This product is superior to the new Garden of Life brand. Just look at the ingredients, it is easy to see that Nordic Naturals has a superior product.
LOVE it ... great for when the sun is not shining bright or shorter days of sun.. great Vitamin D supplement... which is a requirement to ward off being sick and recovery ... especially during times of what is going on in the world .... Let the Sun Shine from within!
I really don't like fish or any seafood so taking this liquid supplement was not too bad. I can taste the fish but it's tolerable for just a teaspoon a day.
The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the bottle. As others have mentioned, when pouring the oil out of the bottle, it drips down the side which is messy and wasteful. Please redesign.
