I have found it to be a high quality product. I value that because I am putting it into my body every day. I have been using it for years and find it consistently beneficial to my overall health.
One thing about this Omega supplement is its taste. No fishy burping like you would get in the off-brand capsules. It is a tad pricy, but it lasts a very long time. I rate it at 5 out of 5 stars.
If you're looking for incorporating omega into your diet, I would recommend purchasing from Nordic. I started taking these supplements to address my hair concerns and so far I would say it has improved. The capsules do not have after taste and are the size is appropriate. If you're considering to include omega in your diet I would recommend to start with Nordic.
I been taking these for more 3-4 years. I get them in whole foods but I'm glad to find Walmart carries the product. I will order again. Very good and effective multivitamins.

Love having a concentrated source of Imegss without having to swallow more pills. Doesn't taste bad with a mild lemon flavor and almost burpless.
Opened a new bottle and noticed the tablet was different in shape and larger in size than the usual. Has anyone noticed the change ?
