♡ this pan. Nonstick, you can bake anything in it even Brownies, cookies, cake. I mean anything. Its great.
So far it's been very useful. I've been following instructions on greasing it and dusting it with a flour prior of baking my scones
Excellent color and crispness. Bought it as replacement for old cast iron that got lost in our move to present home. Wished I had lost it earlier. This thing is GREAT!
I received the pan for Christmas. it is slightly larger than other pans, but a standard scone mix filled it well. the scones lifted right out when i took the pan out of the oven. the scones were evenly cooked top and bottom. and it easily cleaned up without scrubbing.
The pan turns out professional bakers' quality scones. It is easy to clean.
Excellent pan for making scones
I never met a Nordic Ware pan I didn't fall in love with. Perfect even browning every time! A 'must have' if you like scones!
Used the pan for the 1st time and it was more than I had expected. I baked cornbread and it and was hopeful that it would not stick to the pan as when I had used similar pans to make individual portions of cornbread which were more true supposedly nonstick. Cornbread came out very easily, no residue whatsoever and I was absolutely delighted. The portions are perfect, especially for someone who is watching their weight. In the past I have used a cast-iron skillet for making cornbread. This pan is just as good for making cornbread as the cast-iron skillet.
I cant wait to use this for baking scones. There is even a recipe for blueberry scones. Nordic Ware is the best.
i LIKE THIS SO MUCH! I have purchased 4 of them in the past 12 months (3 were gifts)! Making scones is easy -- just press into the pan. The sides are evenly crunchy. Nordic Ware is awesome ... wonderfully non-stick. Their bundt pans are exquisite, too.
