As a fan of these pants in blue from last year, I was delighted to see them in such a beautiful red for fall, so I snagged a pair, figuring I'd wear them when I was in a "Red Mood." Well, it turns out that these pants INSPIRE Red Moods, because they're adorable! I'll get to the cut in a minute, but have to say that it's the richness of the color that makes them special. This red is GORGEOUS-- a rich, jewel-toned red that just calls out to me from the hanger, "WEAR ME TODAAAAY!" And so I do. With everything from t-shirts to tanks to NK's Sheer Ruffle Shirt in black (review forthcoming). With heels, Chucks, flats, flip-flops, or boots. These have become my new favorite pants-- great for bumming around, running errands, or going out! For fit reference, I am 5'9" and 140 lbs. The cut of these pants actually works so well with my admittedly pear-shaped body that they are the most fanny-flattering pants I own! They're loose in the leg, yet aren't so baggy that my figure gets lost in them. I think I can safely say that I will keep buying these pants in this cut for as long as NK makes them. Love 'em!
I'm a petite size 12. These are a little short and big for even me. No hemming needed. But, I removed the ties from the bottom hem seam and ironed the whole legs flat. Nice and neat are they. But, I ordered two more in size 10, in different colors. I'm really not a size 10, but I'm comfortable in these size 10's. So's my ego--comfortable. But nothing else fits me in a size 10, except these 2 pants. I can't thank my diet. But, I can thank Walmart. So, THANK-YOU WALMART.
The material is beautiful. it's a great buy. Lovely pants. Maybe one day, when I lose more weight I'll fit into them.
Great fit but the color is not a look for someone my age. I returned them. I bought the indigo ones last season and think they're fine.
I ordered a few Norma Kamali items and they were all wonderful - these pants are as well, except it's a bit more of a burgundy red than I expected. Not the same red as the face t shirt. Still nice though. And I ordered a size smaller as the other reviewers suggested, which was a good size for me.
Material was flimsy. Fit wasn't good. Waist way too low and too short in the crotch rise. Returned them.
These were like two sizes too small and it would have been nice if the description mentioned that these were not full length pants! I thought they were full length pants that could be made shorter, if wanted. But they are crop pants (between knees and ankles) Bummer, I would have like these pants if they fit and were full length.
