this product is so versatile - I can't tell you how many different things you can do with these… my husband uses them to put on the ground to protect his body and clothing when he's working on our vehicles. they are nice to put under exercise equipment, to stand on when you're working at the kitchen sink or some other place that your feet and legs can easily become fatigued… this year I found a new place to use them- beside the kids pool! I will add pictures :)
I like the size of each section and the fact they are interlocking. The mat is comfortable when I lay on it to do exercises or if I stand on it. These mats are thicker than other ones.
Norsk 16 sq ft Interlocking Foam Floor Mat, 4-Pack, is really good to use under your home gym equipment. I have wood flooring so they work perfectly. At keeping my floor for getting all scratched up or damaged. They also provide a good floor grip. So I don't have to worry about it sliding around. It's reversible and comes with straight edges to cover those exposed interlocking edges. To me it gives a much cleaner look after assembling . I found the foam mat to be very versatile as well. They work perfectly as exercise floor mats. They are sturdy and thick enough to give some joint support. When doing floor exercises. And are super easy to wipe clean for sanitizing. There easy to use & assemble. And are Durable & Good Quality.
This product is durable, easy to put together. Protects my carpet/floors. Comes a variety of colors. Love the protection it provides my grandchildren's knee's when their playing & coloring. May even see about buying a larger size to cover more area.
These interlocking foam floor mats come with 4 separate pieces. Assembled all together they are about 4' x 4'. They look like puzzle pieces and I'd like to think a child would enjoy putting the pieces together. They are reversible but they need to oriented just right to fit correctly. If there's a gap where the corners meet then you don't have it put together properly. The sections are about 1” thick and have a tiny diamond pattern. These are so VERSATILE! You can work out on them, kids can sit/play on them, even my dogs like laying on them! Single pieces are terrific to place down on a hard surface to use as knee pads (you can double them up for extra padding) for cleaning tubs, floors/floorboards or fixing things at lower levels, giving a dog a bath, etc. These are also fantastic for our vehicle when traveling with the dogs to protect the seats and interior upholstery. I've also used them in the trunk cargo area when transporting bikes or plants! They also work great lounging by the pool or out on the lawn. They are durable and easy to clean with a damp cloth or disinfectant wipe. I have not submerged these completely in water so I don't know if they're waterproof or if they float. The flat-edge side pieces are easy to remove but can stay on if prefer straight edges but don't leave these out for pets or curious little ones to chew on. Great product, highly recommend for busy people on the go!

I have Placed two of them in front of my kitchen sink to cushion my feet as I do dishes. My tired knees seem to be a lot less tired after standing on these. They also are a little thicker them most Panels.
If you need to stand for a period of time Norsk 16 sq ft Interlocking Foam Panels helps make it so much nicer and comfortable. It's a nice thick cushion for your tired or arthritic body. I used some in front of my kitchen counter to ease standing pains.

We have a little yard with an area of concrete, so I used this mat under our kiddie pool. It was perfect! It made it comfortable for my children to play in the pool, while protecting the pool as well. But if you have a baby or toddler, beware. I guess this tears pretty easily, because my 5 year old tore a piece off of the edge piece and I caught my baby trying to put it in her mouth. But other than that, it's great.
These work very well and look nice. The edging pieces give the mat a clean finish. The mats have a firm sturdy give to them. Definitely non-slip. I haven't had them long enough to tell how well they will hold up, they are nice out of the box, connect well with each other and are sturdy I just can't tell how well they will stand up to regular use. I am impressed so far.
