Okay, so when it comes to smooth writing it isn't just about the pen. I love to write, and although I actually purchased these spiral notebooks for our children's first day of school, I needed a sheet for something. The paper is very nice and allowed my pen to glide gently and smoothly. For the price, I am pleasantly surprised. I picked them up for just pennies and they are super nice. Each sheet is thick enough to control bleeding and tear away from the notebook with ease.
We use these for summer academic programs so we buy them 10 months in advance when they are priced at back to school prices.
Our church is very mission minded. We have taken on the responsibility of filling 250 backpacks for children who need help with supplies when starting school. The notebooks are wonderfully priced and will be a great addition to the backpacks. Thank you for low prices so we can afford giving to these children.
These are nice spiral notebooks. If anyone is charity minded, pick up a few dollar's worth, and donate to school supply drives, or buy a few extra to give to your child's teacher. Kids are always out of pencils, paper, notebooks, etc, and this helps out the teacher and child. :)

These are basic spiral notebooks. I use them for myself to keep track of stuff i have to do, list, important info, etc. I also use them for my kids schooling. Great for the price

These notebooks are great... except that they get tangled together like crazy. The bottom end of the wire spiral binding gets hooked on the other spiral bindings. When they are stacked they drive me crazy by continuously tangling. However, each individual notebook is just fine and they are a great price!
At only $.17 each or less, you just cannot go wrong... they usually have some regular rule available, if you need those instead of the college rule (which is smaller lines). The pages are perforated, so you don't have torn, ragged edges when handing in assignments, etc. Thick enough for notes for an entire semester or quarter, and lots of colors so you can color-code all your school subjects for school. We did not buy then for school, as we do not have any kids. But we go through lots of these notebooks throughout the year just for taxes, monthly budgeting, household projects, just keeping notes and track of notes & meetings, etc. We use them for nearly everything!!! Terrific value and lots of colors to chose from!
Ordered 4 of these thinking it was a 5 pack since it is labeled "Notebook, College Ruled, 70 Sheet, Colors May Vary, 5 Pack" What I got instead was a single notebook with the cover and back ruined by the labeling tape the felt the need to stick on each one, I guess a box or bag was to much trouble? Now instead of 20 perfect notebooks I have 4 ripped cover notebooks.
