Carpet was prettier in the online picture than in real life, but I needed something to keep main-traffic from wearing down my inroom carpeting in one area faster than the rest of the room. I have it down and it's OK. It doesn't have the rich feel I thought it might have for the price, but it's heavy and sturdy and will do the job. Wish the flowers and background colors stood out as clearly as in the picture. I didn't think it was the right rug as first. Guess it was.
