This is one of the best things I've ever done for my health. My neck , shoulders and back can feel all jacked up, but 30 minutes on this and I feel all new again. It feels a bit weird at first, but you fall in love with it right away. There is no difference between this one and the ones that cost three times as much on other sites.
I bought this to see if it would help relieve my migraine/neck pain. I tried it when I had a migraine and it was a huge help. It seems like it would hurt, but it evenly disburses the the pressure and takes away the pain. It was worth the price.

relieves those morning headaches I used to wake up with everyday, the ones that seem to pound behind one eye. I just bought another one for a friend who suffers from the same type headaches.

I bought this unsure how I would like and the other mats that more expensive I didnt want to pay that amount. but this was well worth the money! I love this after a hard day at work before I go to sleep i lay down in it and calms me down. best thing ever!
