Great product, as always. However, I'm writing this review to compliment the customer service I received post sale. I didn't use a coupon code provided to me, upon letting the team know this they refunded me exactly how much I would have saved if I were to of used the code. I wasn't expecting this at all, totally surprised. Great service, this is why I will continue to give my business to Nutricost whenever I can.
I've used NAC for a couple years at the initial recommendation of my acupuncturist when I was taking ridiculous amounts of ibuprofen for pain; my primary care doctor subsequently approved of it but had not thought to suggest I take it. I took and take it to prevent potential kidney issues from taking ibuprofen. NAC prevents the reduced blood flow to my kidneys that ibuprofen causes. I'm happy with this product and Vitacost.
Slow shipping but glad I had it on hand. Used it all throughout 2021 and the 2 weeks I stopped I got covid. Maybe a coincidence, not sure. When treating covid I took NAC with my Quercitin, zinc, d3, selenium, multivitamin. The NAC definitely helped with the mucus break up as shown in many studies and my recovery was pretty quick as well. I will always keep multiple bottles on hand. Hopefully the FDA doesn't cave to pfizer and moderna in their attempt to ban NAC. It is a great supplement!!! Fyi all these 1 star reviews about delayed shipping are dumb. You people are supposed to be reviewing the product not the company.
After reading a lot about NAC I decided to give it try. I can't believe how good this makes me feel. Allergies have gotten the best of me lately but I take one of these at night and the next day I don't cough or feel any tightness in my chest at all. I also feel really good overall with an increase in energy.
I really love this product. My doctor recommended it when I kept getting sick in the winter. It's been a year now and I haven't been sick since. My allergies has also gotten better. I would recommend anyone talking to their physician about it and adding it to their daily routine.
I am on TRT and was told by my doctors it would be good to have a organ support product. I have tried milk thistle and tudca from other companies but decided to get the NAC from Nutricost. I gotta say I can actually tell the difference. The NAC is so much better. My blood tests and liver enzymes look better and I just feel great on it compared to the other products and brands!
I have reordered NAC because my doctor recommends I take it. Your product has been part of my protocol that seems effective so I reordered it. A re-order means I'm happy with it. Along with my other supplements I take daily, NAC seems to be helping me stay VERY healthy.
I just received my order for the NAC today. They had a special buy 2 and get 1 free. I only received 2 bottles in the mail. I did contact customer support for help. I will change my rating when they correct their mistake. I hope this is not happening to all the people that I sent to this website to order this product. How embarrassing. Other than that, I think this is a great product.
I never got my order to try this brand. Due to lack of communication from nutricost I will not be ordering any products from them in the future. This is a company I recommend looking up existing lawsuits against also. I looked and found out they have a couple of them due to low quality products.
Their so-called customer service is a complete run-around and non-responsive. I won't get into the details here but I will be contacting my credit card bank and will be filing a complaint with the Utah State Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs. If you cannot trust their customer service how could you trust their products?
