Okay Castor Oil is not meant to be ingested. Use Okay 100% Castor Oil topically/externally ONLY.Directions:1. To use as a HAIR GROWTH GREASE:Apply the castor oil directly on to the hair from the tips of the hair to the roots. Leave castor oil on as a grease. Repeat weekly for the best results.2.
