I've used the Ultra Moisture in shower body lotion for years and recommended it to many friends. I have the same complaint as others as to the new “skin conditioner” product's price and quality. I've done my own test at home using the former ultra moisture product on one side of my body and the new skin conditioner on the other. The difference is dramatic. The new product just doesn't work for me. My skin on the skin conditioner side of my body became itchy. I even tried applying more to compensate but, with no improvement. PLEASE don't discontinue the Ulta Moisture in shower lotion. Thanks for allowing feedback.
Please please please never stop making this product. I've used it for a decade. The scent is wonderful and it leaves my skin moist after a shower. I have had many people ask me what I use to keep my skin looking young (not like crape paper) and this is it! I spend most of my time in dry airplanes and always make sure to start my day with this product. A shower isn't complete without my Olay In-Shower Lotion!!

I can't begin to tell you how devastated I was to find out this product is no longer available. I have been using the Olay In Shower Body Lotion for YEARS and have loved it since day one. I, like all the others, have gotten compliments on how soft my skin is and I love the way it makes my skin feel...soft, hydrated and clean. This product doesn't have a greasy feel, it goes on smooth and rinses off clean. I have to say, after having spent three months quarantined and only now getting out to go shopping and find out that Olay has pulled a fast one, during a world-wide pandemic no less and replaced this beloved product with one that is smaller, more costly and definitely inferior...well, I believe you just lost a life-long consumer.
I have spoken with a supervisor at Olay and he said that they have NOT discontinued this product.. But, they are not doing anything to get the product back on the shelves in a timely maner it would seem :( It cannot be found anywhere :( I asked him also to place a "buy" button on the web page for the product, but it has been almost two weeks now and still no button :( I guess Olay (P&G actually) doesnt care about their consumer base, as if they did, they would see the many requests here in Reviews and actually listen.. I have tried the "new" body conditioner also and it pales in comparison :( If ANY of the staff actually read these reviews, then listen to what we are saying and get the product back on the shelf sometime this decade please.. ;) There is no excuse as to why this is not available, being the supervisor said the product is NOT discontinued ;)
I have used this year-round for several years, because I live in an area with VERY LOW humidity. I am extremely disappointed that I can no longer find it in the Walmarts in my town.

I've always been a fan of this body wash. I recently purchased 2 new bottles. I began using 1 a few days ago. As soon as I opened it, I knew something wasn't right. It was more watery & had a more "perfumey" smell to it. Sure enough, as I used it, it just wasn't the same....not as creamy or as moisturizing, & the "perfumey" smell makes me want to sneeze. I compared the ingredients of the new bottle to the old 1 I had finished, and they were not the same. I'm devastated as this was the best body wash I've ever used. I'm just heartbroken. Please go back to the old formula!
I purchased this because I couldn't find it in the store. The description states a package of 3 but when I received there was only 1 bottle. They either need to fix the description and state there is only 1 or fix the price.
