I really enjoy this product it does the job I need for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few days ago for sleep and to help keep up my immunity during this time. I have drank it every night and I love it. The lemon flavor isn't too overwhelming or powerful. The directions say to drink with 4-6 oz of warm water, so I boil some water and pour it in, but I use about 8 oz of water. The less water I felt like the lemon flavor was too much. It helps me relax and I fall asleep fairly quickly each night. I will continue to buy this in the future.

It tastes pretty good and is pretty calming. I cannot say definitively if it has helped me sleep well but it is a nice thing to drink before you're headed off to bed. I personally wish it wasn't restricted by putting it into warm water; a cool iced tea option would be more preferable for me, but no matter, it packs a punch in flavor and does a decent job for what it advertises.
This is my go to sleep product. I always have trouble falling asleep but this has never failed me. I talk this product up so much especially with my clients. Also I can not get enough of the lemony flavor. Best sleep/ vit C packets on the market. You have to try!!!

I have always had difficulty falling asleep and have heard Melatonin helps so I was excited to try this product. I knew Vitamin C and Zinc had immune system benefits and was also very happy they were added to this product. I love the idea of immune and sleep support as these two factors are very important to your overall health and well-being. I take one packet 30 minutes before bed. I drink it in 4-6 oz of warm water and it tastes like a soothing lemon treat before bed. Within 30 minutes I feel sleepy. I have noticed I am not tossing and turning anymore throughout the night. I am able to fall asleep right away. I feel as though my sleep is more sound and I wake up in the morning feeling more energized and ready to take on the day. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has trouble falling asleep or who has little energy during the day as this product truly works and will not disappoint.
This is the best natural sleep product on the market. Being that it's dissolved in warm water makes it a soothing bedtime sleep aid, much better than the gummies!

The Sleep + Elderberry is easy to use - just pour into warm water and drink. The taste isn't fantastic, but it certainly isn't bad. The powder dissolves quickly. It's a product we will keep in the house for cold and flu season.

My entire family uses the Olly products, Mens, Woman's, Childrens multivitamins as well as Melatonin for both children and adults. When I seen this power packet, I was very excited to give it a try. I like lemon water, I love Olly and figure it would be a true hit. I was not happy with the taste. Although the product works well, the melatonin is always a huge help to give us that little extra help to fall asleep, I just didn't care for the taste. I give it 5 stars for the product or any Olly products for that matter, however the taste I have to give it 3 stars.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a drink powder that you mix into warm water. Inside the box there are individually wrapped single serve portions of the powder. I mixed up a cup of the drink the first night I got it but for me it was too sweet. Keep in mind this is coming from someone who drinks tea with no sugar so it could be that I am just sensitive to it. Since I did not drink the whole cup I can not say how quickly it will help you go to sleep but it does contain melatonin which a lot of people say helps them get to sleep faster than without it.
