3rd party supplying units that are out dated, pads expire in 3 months, and customer service is sub-par. Unit works well, but only for a short period. Be wise, buy the insurance or better yet, purchase from the manufacturer. Buyer beware.

I received this from my husband, for my birthday. I suffer from some back and knee pain. I was excited to try this. The instructions are straight forward and there are also diagrams, to show where to place the pads. I have owned this for 6 months, I use it three times a week, on average. I just replaced the pads, for the first time. It's a great little machine and does help relieve pain! I have used it on my back, knees, and feet. Prior to owning this, I had severe plantar Fasciitis. I used this on my calf and foot and the pain in my feet is completely gone. It loosened up my calf muscles, tremendously. I highly recommend this product!

My first encounter with a TENS machine was at PT this summer for a badly sprained ankle. After about 6 weeks of twice a week treatments I was able to discontinue my PT appointments. Before leaving my last appointment, my therapist said I could buy a home version of the TENS device to use if pain returned. I stand a lot for my job as well as caring for my big, busy family and farm so when I overdid it recently, I got this machine to try. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS!!! These are NOT toys and misuse can be dangerous or deadly. After using it twice on my ankle according to the directions, I've been able to discontinue it again but keep it handy for any other sprains. I LOVE Walmart.com!!!!

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my back, I wake up stiff in the back every morning, I hook this tens machine up to my back and within one hour, I am able to do stuff, other than hobble around. Thanks for making these available, I own four now, I don't ever want to live with out one, they work on neck muscles, shoulder, leg, arm, they are great! If you go to the chiropractor , it costs $29.00 for every 20 minute session on his tens unit.

I couldn't believe how much relief you get from using this. I have already recommended this to a friend that also has lower back pain.
