Bought it for my Father, he likes this multivitamin and says it is easy to swallow, He take one day and never forget his multi vitamin. Good product, good value!
My husband has been taking this for years. It has all of the vitamins and minerals that he needs to stay healthy in one daily dose. Even though he is still several years from 50, he is getting the nutritional support to age well.

Iron can cause toxicity in men so it's important to avoid taking iron supplements. One a day 50 for men doesn't list iron on its label so it's a good choice for men.

I take one of these on a regular basis.. I was chewing two of the gummys⁵ but I decided to go to the hard tablet to see if that little bit of sugar in the gummy would make any difference in my health and honestly I can't tell you any difference whatsoever... I will see these tablets are very hard to swallow and can hurt your throat if you do not get enough water to drink before you take them
When I got there around 12 o'clock today, I had to wait over 15 minutes. I saw five other cars pull up and get their order and I still did not get my order. There was a car pulled up right next to me. He waited about a minute and his order came out and it was a big order and then right after that my order came out when I mentioned something to the person that was bringing out my order. He just completely ignore me, normally you all do great job but not today!
We received those 3 products with no expiration date or lot or ups. It was taken out on purpose. I don't want to take a medication without knowing anything about it. I think that's not a good sign. I 'm really surprised that FDA approved of such conduct. Really shock
Made me sick every time I took one. I used to take the equate version regularly and had no problem with them, but when I bought the brand name, I had to stop taking them halfway through the bottle because every morning I'd take one with my morning medications, I would throw up. Something in the formulation or one of the buffers they use didn't agree with me or is something to which I am allergic.
