I've been taking these for years and I'm not even 50. It does the job. When I get routine blood work my numbers are good, so this must be doing something right. This is the only brand of multivitamins that I use. I would recommend this to others.
I feel more energetic taking these vitamins, according to my blood tests all my levels are good so I attribute this to taking these vitamins. They are convenient to take and don't leave an after taste in your mouth like some vitamins do that are coated.
I take one of these one a day vitamins each day alone with other supplements. They keep me healthy and I usually feel pretty good. This is the kind that I will continue to buy. One A Day Women's 50+ Healthy Advantage
My body didn't get the memo that I am 32, I feel like a old lady trapped in a young women's body. I've been taking these for a couple days now I have energy, my bones don't seem to pop as much they use to. It goes down easy and doesn't have a taste.

This multivitamin supplement contains almost all the vitamins that your body may need. Helps you be less tired and awake during a tiring day. It is advisable to take after having eaten food and there are presentations for women and men, my husband also takes the same brand daily. What I dislike is that after taking it it always makes me nauseous, I must assume that it is iron, a vitamin that has always given me the same.
I have been taking for years.The pills are large size but can swallow.I usually take with food just to insure no upset stomach.It has alot of supplements in 1 pill.
When I take these vitamins, I get very nauseous right away. Could it be the taste or the smell? I took one today just prior to leaving the house, and I threw up with five minutes! I had to change all my clothes.
I have used One A Day Women's for years. I tried the 50+ version. It has a different taste and smell which bothers me a lot. I've tried to leave the cap off the bottle to let the odor dissipate. After 3 days, still has the odor. The odor (not the tablet size) makes me gag a bit. Not for me.
