I hooked it up but I force still need to hear this to happen it's not working so something's wrong I don't know why they add it to your item when it don't work
I paid $49 extra for this service, and both times I had a long wait between each sentence, and never really got the help I needed. I don't think they are the most reliable service, and wouldn't pay that amount again for that type of service. They are only there for the job, apparently; it takes forever to get someone one the phone, and they repeatedly have to leave the phone for every single question I asked. It was frustrating and time consuming, and I didn't feel they knew all they were talking about. A waste of time.
They don'\t know anything
I was offered this while purchasing three tablets that run on Windows. I finally called HelloTech for support and told me that they can only remote into regular computers and laptops. They cannot help me with my tablets. They offered to send a tech to my home for $79. I just had an issue with BlueTooth not working. They refused to help over the phone. HelloTech has been the biggest waste of money.
CALLED FIRST WHEN I RECEIVED COMPUTER AND WAITED FOR 3 HOURS BEFORE I RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 1 HOUR. SECOND TIME ASKED A QUESTION ON ID SIGN IN AND THE AGENT DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING BUT STUMBLING FOR AN ANSWER.
I still have not been contacted by Hello tech!
Called them for assistance, they said they could handle and would call me back and I havent heard from them in 4 days
Useless, absolutely useless. Can't get on internet with computer and service says they can't help because I can't get on internet.
