Orajel 3 is the best and longest lasting gel for gum and tooth irritation and pain.
Buy as many as you can! Great for babies, teens w/ braces %26 anyone who has a painful tooth or gum. It takes only a little bit - any extra tastes terrible!!!

Thank goodness for Orajel. I don't usually have a problem with toothaches, but recently I had one that was almost worse than giving birth! Thank goodness I was able to order Orajel from Walmart for a same day delivery. The minute I applied it to my tooth and the area around it I felt numb and the sharp pain stopped. Now TRUTHFULLY, the tooth had to be extracted before the pain stopped completely, but Orajel got me through what could have been a very difficult night. I highly recommend it.

I use this for for all painful mouth sores. It works immediately and the relief last a long time.
Stops pain fast, long acting, decent taste, translucent so doesn't stain teeth. Works on any sort of mouth pain (like bit your tongue, ouch!).
This only numbs areas of mouth NOT hurting! Don't waste your money. Also walmart wouldn't accept return of unopened tube even though website said it was returnable.
