All too often people find it easier to complain then praise... I would like to change that... This product was so amazing! I had a severe toothache on a Sunday night and snapped one of these easy to use swabs and BAM! It made me feel 100 times better.. I wasn't writhing in pain holding the side of my mouth.. thank you so much for this insanely awesome product! I highly highly recommend it!
I had used this for that throbbing toothache before I had dental work done, it saved my visit with my grandchildren. Love the Swab applicators and the liquid Orajel. I had dental work after about 2 years ago. Last week, one of my upper back teeth broke after eating crunchy cereal. This pain was excruciating in upper jaw, the throbbing type, horrible pain. Your product saved me!! I will return to my dentist but due to COVID & other financial issues (great dentist but charges must be paid for visits). Once again Orajel saved me!! I applied to tooth area but it stopped the pain in upper jaw!! Thank you for this product!! I was able to sleep after just using the swab with the Orajel only once.
I am only able to find the occasionally, sadly. These are the BEST! I only have to carry 1 item around, not a bottle and qtips.
You just break open the swab and the medicine flows down to the swab and right where you want it, no mess. This product works fantastic.
Bought this after spending 3 night in pain. Such a life saver!!!!

I purchased this product and I was very disappointed. The Toothache Swab's did not give me any relief. I applied the medicated swab to my tooth and the pain increased. This product didn't work for me at all. I will not recommend.
I'm sorry. I have followed directions. Twice now yes I've used two different swabs. Most of the medicine stays in the tube and doesn't come down to the swab. I won't buy this product again. Orajel has always worked in other forms.
