I'm pretty darn tech-savvy and despite reading every word in the paper manual and online, I have yet to be able to get this radio to operate. Yes, fresh batteries were installed as well as the unit being charged on the charger. It has the SAME features, but I can't even get it to provide information for any and all areas, much less my own.
