The Viva case is a nice, very subtle design change from the Commuter. It's a little more protective than the Symmetry and not as bulky as the Defender. Best of both worlds.
I've had the case a week and its already saved the phone twice! Its light and hardly noticeable. Aesthetically, its very sleek and fits in my car holder and has no problem charging on my Qi pad.
I didn't want a case too big and thick, and definitely nothing flimsy. This one is right in the middle. The inner soft rubber liner and the separate outer shell keep my new iPhone 11 Pro Max from moving around. The rubber strips on the back line up with my blue jeans rear pocket to help keep it from slipping out, as it's going to be carried there most of the time. A nice added bonus is the Lightning Connector port cover, easy to move if needed but I usually charge using a pad. I'm very happy with this case!
One of the best cases on the market for iPhone. Really happy that Otterbox developed a case that was not bulky and slim enough to carry around with much ease. The smooth textured finish makes the phone easy to carry and retrieve from pockets, yet coarse enough to maintain a grip without the constant fear of dropping the phone. Highly recommend!!!!!
The new Viva was a great choice for me. I've owned mini OtterBox cases, where the old commuter and the new slimmer symmetry case we're both pleasant experiences in the past. I had moved on to other vendors but with my new iPhone 11 Pro Max, I wanted to try an OtterBox again. The Viva is slightly thicker than the new symmetry cases, however it feels really great in your hand. It is an improvement over the actual commuter case. It's not as bulky, it feels much thinner in the hand, and the visual appearance is slimmer. The protection is still there and that's one of the key reasons why I went back to OtterBox. I thought I might immediately want to move to a symmetry case but again I'm very happy on how this diva fits in your hand. It is a perfect blend of both square and round combined. Wireless charging is affected by the use of this case. I was using a Google pixel stand wireless charger on all my previous cases and realized I couldn't with the Viva. I did purchase a nomad and an anchor wireless chargers, and they both work very nicely. The exposed rubber points around the buttons and the two exposed rubber tabs on the back are smart improvements improving the ability to hold the phone and prevents the phone sliding on slick surfaces. The front edge protection is narrower than the commuter, still providing protection but not appearing so thick of an appearance. Feels great in your hand. so I plan to keep my Viva and use it for sometime to come. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a protective case, that feels slender in the hand, provides good protection, and it's very functional to try the new VIVA.

Exactly what I ordered fast delivery arrived sooner than expected
I bought this case a couple weeks ago and now the rubber is stained brown and I can't get it off. It's just unfortunate. It was so pretty. :((
Okay, phone comes out on the corners. I had one that cracked and got a replacement. The replacement does the same thing. The top half of the phone will be completely out of the case. Doesn't do my much good for protection. I won't buy another one after I get a new phone.
I was not expecting the case to have a screen that is impossible to use for scrolling. Customer service has not reached back out to me after I requested a refund a week ago.
