Terrible Terrible Terrible, waiting to hear from you guys on some sort of resolution. After finally getting the packing and shipping material off the heating tray was badly bent on the corners, also the interior of the firebox was badly chipped all around the tray. I'm beginning to think this unit was used or a display. Please get back to me for an amicable solution to this unit.
