Starting to introduce plant-based meats into my diet. Purchase the OZO ground because it looked very versatile. It looks like and has a texture that makes it an easy substitute for meat in my recipes. My family enjoyed the meals and I feel the OZO product is a great choice.
I've used this as a meat substitute in tacos, in chili and in a breakfast casserole. I'm picky about taste and texture and really feel it was much better than other plant-based brands I have tried (I've tried them all!), plus it is healthier! My family loved it too.
I really enjoyed this plant based ground. Made tacos and pizza mac and boy was it tasty. I find this ground has a better texture than other brands. It stays together better, has bigger pieces, others cook down and fall apart too much for my liking.
Made my first burger, didn't look to appetizing, but when I did it well done it was actually pretty good. I added salt, pepper and garlic powder. Put on a bun with mayo, mustard and ketchup and it was like eating a burger!!! I would buy it again
