My husband tried this thinking it was a gimmick but quickly became a believer & since I couldn't find it locally I ordered two on-line to make sure he wouldn't run out. It actually does make his thinning hair look fuller & helps in styling. I'm sure we'll keep buying as long as they make it.
I was happy that I was given the chance to try Head and Shoulders Advanced thickening tonic. I have been using it about a week now, and maybe its just my imagination but my hair DOES feel thicker and healthier, which is a good thing, since I was starting to get thin on top. It burns a little when its applied, but I guess that is a good thing, you can tell its working. I will continue to use this, because I feel like it really works. Trying Head and Shoulders full and thickening for free was a treat for me. My hair is thinning so I'm always looking for anything to make it look and feel fuller. Hair and scalp feeling much better and looking better after using Head & Shoulders Advanced Thickening Tonic. I received the trial of Head & Shoulders Advanced Thickening Tonic from BzzAgent and have been using it as my only shampoo and hair care product since. The packaging is easily recognizable as the Head & Shoulders brand. I read the entire package but was left with more questions than answers. While the directions were simple and easy to follow, there was no indication of what I should really expect. Was the promise to make my hair thicker and fuller but only with each use? Should I expect my hair to become thicker and fuller because of stimulated hair growth and rejuvenated follicles? I still don't know the answer to those questions. I can tell you that after I use the tonic, my wife has commented on my hair looking more full. I feel my scalp reacting to the product, which I would describe as the kind of cooling tingle felt from a Tea Tree Oil rub...it's pleasant and at minimum leaves the impression that the product is doing what it's supposed to do. I'm just not sure exactly what the end result is supposed to be. In the short term, I think there has been some positive results. I've had thinning hair since my twenties, and I think the Head & Shoulders Advanced Thickening Tonic has helped my hair look thicker and has added a fullness in areas that normally show some scalp. Head & Shoulders 2in1 Full & Thick had very tough competition. My regular shampoo, which have been using for years, is Head & Shoulders 2in 1. I love Head & shoulders because I have dry scalp and my favorite color of clothes to wear is black. Head & Shoulders 2in1 does an excellent job of keeping the flakes, and itch away with a fresh clean smell. Job one for Head & Shoulders 2in1 Full & Thick is match regular 2in1's effectiveness. Mission accomplished Head & Shoulders 2in1 Full & Thick does the identical job of preventing flakes and Itch. The only down side to Head & Shoulders 2in1 Full & Thick is that it has a medicinal smell when first applied. Now for the Full and Thick part. I have the normal male pattern baldness so I am very close to be totally bald on top with thick hair around sides. I have been using Head & Shoulders 2in1 Full & Thick for three weeks. The spray has a tingling sensation when apply to my scalp that feels good. I think Head & Shoulders 2in1 Full & Thick is working. I think my hair is little thicker. My wife has not notice any difference. I usually get a hair cut once a month. However, my wife told me, I need a haircut now after only three weeks. I don't think this helped or hurt my hair. It wasn't bad to use but maybe I didn't use it often enough. My individual hairs are already pretty thick but in general my hair is thinning. I have a balding spot on my head and I don't think this helped make it look any better. But I'll keep using it to give it more time to work. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I've been using this product for about a month now. I wanna say it works, but it seems like it may be too early to tell. I've noticed new hair coming in. But it just seems like a long process so I don't really know. Smells great though! Makes your head tingle too which is kind of nice.
