Comfortable and glad they are cotton and tagless. I've bought these repeatedly as the fit is great and if I had a complaint, it would be that the waistband could last a little longer; it tends to start falling apart before the underware wears out. For the most part I a, happy with these briefs.
Quality has gone down tremendously on these Boxer Briefs. I have several pairs form years ago and they are much thicker, softer and have stronger stitching with better elastic than the newer ones. They are cheap, so that's the trade off in today's market. I buy them 1 size larger to allow for shrinkage and ultimate comfort. Wash them separately from other heavier clothing and dry them on Medium heat by themselves. It's the same with the Beefy-T tee shirts. I'm 56 and have seen the quality of many well known and reputable brands go down the toilet. My experience with Costco's Kirkland brand has been very good. High quality Pima cotton on their tee shirts and undergarments as well as their dress shirts and all at an excellent price point.
Delivery really sucked the first time but the quality was excellent. This time around: So, I was determined to get Hanes boxer briefs because they are the most comfortable all the way around. I placed an order online hoping for a faster delivery than previously before. Delivery was a bit faster but the quality was bad. I've experienced an inconsistency with the way the underwear fits. This is worth three first 4-pack. I purchased three and hadn't got to the other 2 just yet. I've never had this problem when buying them from Wal-Mart. I will not purchase these again from the site. Only in the store
THe briefs fit fine. I do object to the fact you have to take assorted colors. You can't just one color as I want. The picture I chose to buy from showed 2 similar colors. When I got them we weren't that similar. They were clearly 2 different colors.
The 2 grey pairs fit perfectly. The black ones on the other hand, were terrible. They felt as if the were made from a different material because they didn't have the same freedom of movement the grey ones had. They would pinch in the wrong spots when you would sit down. If you want 2 pairs for the price of two, get them. If you'd rather have your money's worth, let Hanes know how you feel.
Sadly, They just dont fit in the right areas and I will be returning the unopen pack. Super tight on the legs/thighs. The back of the boxers seems to be cut lower then I would like and you were always pulling them. The inside seem the goes between the crotch and thighs would rub. I tried to like these but it was just to uncomfortable.
I purchased boxer briefs size 3x they were quiet a bit to small, to tight around the waist (I have diverticulitis and can't stand tight things) so I gave them to my son and bought 4x Style #25573 they looked cheap and not nearly the quality of the others and they were way to big, so I am not real happy with Hanes right now.
The biggest change in the package I got vs. my old ones from the same brand is the material. They are now 75% cotton and 25% polyester instead of 100% cotton as my old ones are. This makes them hot and itchy. Second, these are about 4" longer than the same size older version and the 4" in in the crotch length not legs. Way to cheap out on what was a good product, off to fruit of the loom to try theirs, these are being returned. SEE attached photo for size difference between the old and new ones.
I bought this on August 19th (still have receipt; thank you digital world). I've worn and washed them 3 times and the last time I pulled them out of the dryer, one of the pair of underwear had busted it's seams all down the left side of the crotch. No I hadn't worn them in battle or even a sporting event. Just to a desk job at work. Now, I am used to replacing them every 6 months or so because they wear out, but 3 uses and the seams bust?
Truly sorry but 2 of 4 of my new boxer briefs are unraveling thread by thread and leaving holes where the waistband and the rest of the material meet. I have always bought only these underwear and am sadly disappointed. This has never happened before.
