Works really good on my back and shoulders where I can't reach I have fibromyalgia and nothing I've tried had helped me as much for my sore spots and trigger points
It is easy to use and gives you the ability to choose exactly how much pressure to apply.
This is a terrific product and a must have for weight trainers. I used this for the first time at a friend's house and knew I needed one. I have constant tightness in my lats and my traps (back muscles). This also does wonders as a personal neck massager!
I purchased this product because I have a history of knots in my neck/shoulder area. Now when I get these knots, I place this pressure point cane directly on the knot and slowly move it and it helps relieve the pain.
this is a great self care tool at a great price.... I don't leave home without it!

My friend recommended this for stress spots on my back. It's lightweight but kind of big to store in some ways. I put it under my bed - like it!
