Use for pancakes, gravy, cobblers, cakes. No weird taste. Good texture.

We appreciate this mix so much as our toddlers are celiac. They love it! The directions call for an egg, but don't fret if you cannot eat eggs. We cannot so we just add water to the consistency we want. Thicker for fluffier and thinner for custom shapes. haha There are other recipe uses for this flour just look them up on line. The product is consistent. Been using for over 10 years. First for my daughter and now my grand daughters.
Best tasting gluten free baking mix!
This is by far the best pancake mix i have ever found. I used to drive all the way to Whole Foods in Tampa, which is 40-45 miles away, to buy this. I am delighted that Walmart has it now. The price is somewhat comparable.
This market seller charged double the price in other supermarkets. I returned just based on the price
This is a Very good gluten free pancake mix. But this is twice the price as our local grocery store. I thought I was buying the large package. Oops.
I love anything by Pamelas. This mix is very easy to use. The price was much higher than the price I pay in the store for a bag twice the size which is why I gave it a low rating.
