I've been using Pantene's Cleansing Conditioner for a while now (years) and I love it. It's THE perfect product for me. I recommend it to anyone who has dry hair; fluffy or frizzy hair; dandruff or scaly scalp; itchy scalp; thick hair; and/or curly, wavy or coarse hair. If you have fine; thin; lanky; and/or oily hair, this may not be the best product for you, but I honestly don't know for sure. I still encourage you to try it and see for yourself. It seems to me that the scent has been improved, being sweeter and more citrus and almond with mint/menthol in the background and I love it. The dispensing, pump bottle is great too. - Please, Proctor and Gamble, never discontinue it!!! - Please, Walmart, keep stocking and selling it!!!
At first I was skeptical this would be good because I have used other cleansing conditioners in the past with disappointing results. But after using this, I really like this. It smells wonderful and cleanses my hair without stripping it- even though it hardly has any lather. Though, when I do want my hair to feel extra clean, I use a regular shampoo in between. Glad that Walmart carries this- and the shipping was fast!
Several years ago I tried an expensive infomercial product that called itself a cleansing conditioner. While it did work as promised, the price killed my budget! Happily I found this Pantene product with near identical results at a fraction of the cost. It's a color-preserving cleanser and allows me to go 6-8 wks. between home-coloring sessions. My hair is short so I use just a small amount of cleanser, just a fraction of the recommended amount...plus if my hair feels extra dry, I massage in a small amount as a leave-in conditioner.
I have been using Herbal Essence cleansing conditioner, but it is getting harder to find, so I tried this product.. I have fine natural wavy hair tending to look dry on ends. Using this leaves my hair with a silky feeling wet and drys to a great shine.. I color my hair and it is below my shoulders.. so far the results have been extremely satisfying. It leaves it soft and full....
I Just wish it were on the shelf in Dallas.
A fair price for what you get! A light weight conditioner with a gentle cleanser in one. Easy one step washing too. It's a nice product at a fair price.
this does the same job another expensive brand does...it cleanses your hair and leaves it silky and not so dried out, hair itself feels good. i have long hair, i pump about 4times for the hairline underneath in back, the same to do sides of hairline, and same for front.. i do not have to do it twice, if your hair is really oily you could add a cap of shampoo, but i dont. i find this does the job first time. great product and fab pricing ! you can also add a little water to work it in and leave it on while bathiing or shaving.
Really good. Left natural 4b hair soft and squeaky clean. Will make this a staple in my regimen.
I loved this product, with one exception. This is a fantastic formula. It in my mind is even better than Wen. Much like Wen, this contains MENTHOL. If you have sensitive skin I recommend avoiding this product. MENTHOL literally leave me with chemical burn on my skin. It becomes red, aggravated, and dry. My skin flakes off after drying out much like a scab would. PANTENE PLEASE MAKE THIS SAME FORMULA WITHOUT MENTHOL FOR THOSE OF US WITH SENSITIVE SKIN. This leaves my hair SOFT and manageable. And I had virtually NO hair loss.
Not expensive but disappointed as it is not as expected. I thought I would have body in my hair for more than 2 days but guess I would have to use it daily.
