Hair was dry, brittle, over processed. Used product for a week and was pleasantly surprised with the noticeable change, hair softer, easier to style. Significant difference.

Tried this product several times and i was not impressed with it, just a regular shampoo . It made my hair smooth, soft after washing but later on my scalp was dried.
I have the worst hair, and a very difficult time finding a product to help it. My hair is fine, but a lot of it, dry and frizzy, but oily. So, it does everything that curly hair does, except curl. I thought, this may be my miracle product by reading the information and reviews, but my hair is still acting out. It smells pretty, though, and rinses out easily.
I have always loved Pantene products but this new Ultimate 10 is the worst shampoo I have ever used! It has made my hair feeling greasy and dirty! I haven't been able to get rid of this greasy mess even after washing with Ice Shine. I'm hoping to find a clarifying shampoo that can get rid of this residue left in my hair! Very unhappy. Don't use this product!
In all honesty, I have always been a staunch supporter of Pantene brand products; however, my greatest disappointment in using a shampoo came about when I bought a bottle of Pantene Pro-V ultimate 10. Using this shampoo over four times proved to be the worst experience I had ever had in shampooing my hair. It made my hair messy and feeling as though it was greasy. Every body at my work place realized it, too!

But to my disappointment, this shampoo has no benefits for my very very fine hair. I do like that it's not overly perfumey though. I'll continue to be a Pantene Pro-V user, just not of the Ultimate 10 product line.
I bought the ultimate 10 only because they were out of the MOISTURE RENEWAL I have used for years. I noticed alot of hair falling out in the shower. I have to brush into the sink then scoop it all out. I constantly have to pick it off my clothes, food and surrounding areas. This is the only change I have made recently. I have 1/4 of the bottle left and have come to the conclusion this is the problem. I will not be using this product anymore, not ever. I love P & G products. Thank God I had a full thick head of hair to begin with.
What an awful product. Snappy is supposed to make your hair feel clean and fresh, instead this shampoo leaves your hair greasy, dull & hard to manage. I am a loyal Pantene user (usually the curly hair line) so I won't abandon the brand but I will never buy this line of products again. I will have to find a clarifying shampoo to remove this buildup!
