Very well made, top quality workmanship excellent welds arrived as scheduled, no damage do to excellent packing to protect product I am going to made a coals grate only improvement would be to include one
Love that it comes with a grill and poker plus lid and cover. It is made really well and so attractive with the cut-outs on the sides. Doesn't put out a large amount of heat, need to be quite close but this is our first fire pit so we don't have anything to compare with. Would recommend to others, we are very happy with purchase.
It arrived on time. Easy to track shipping progress. Nothing missing. No assembly required. Good and solid constriction. At just under 50 lb. it is portable. It does have a powered rust finish as pictured and I am okay with that.
We unpacked from box, added wood, and we were enjoying a roaring fire on a unseasonably cold day. The wildlife 'cut outs' added to the enjoyment. This is third firepit we've owned and is by far the best firepit we've owned.
We purchased this very same pit over 10 years ago in Steamboat Colorado. It had given us many happy years of family and friend gatherings. It finally rusted through the bottom. ( we never took it out of weather all year long, year after year. )We were so bummed! It was a memory of a great trip for us. Imagine our delight when searching for a new pit, to find the very same design so many years later! The price was great, the service top notch. We received it quicker than estimated and it came with a new poker, new screen top and cover! What more could a person ask for? We highly recommend Hayneedle. Great company! Mary ~ Nashville TN
This is the third firepit I've bought. They are very attractive and have all the accessories that I need, plus a cover to keep off the weather when its not in use. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a natural fire burning experience. Hayneedle is always top notch to do business with.
This is a well built unit you do not have to put together. I am sure we will get years of enjoyment from it. The design and size are perfect.
Loved the grill, is supposed to have a free weather cover, but you have to then email them for the free cover. This is just a way for them to get your email and send you more junk. I dont like trickery in my orders. If its free, it should have been included in the box!
Everything was fantastic! EXCEPT--When my fire pit arrived, the grill grate and cover were not included. It was supposed to come with it. When I called, the girl who helped me was great! She made a phone call to the warehouse and then let me know that these items would be sent out right away. That was good to hear. They are supposed to be here next week. I would have given 5 stars except the order was not shipped complete the first time. But this company really has great customer service! I believe in great customer service they do it well at this company! I haven't had a chance to use the fire pit yet but am looking forward to this weekend.
I did not think it would be so rusty. In fact, it looks like a rust bucket. I'm thinking the rust may eventually bleed onto our cement patio. Otherwise, seems well designed and constructed. Recommendation depends on if a rusty firepit would bother a customer or not.
