I would say I really liked this Force Factor somnapure clinical strength nighttime sleep aid because I was having a hard time falling asleep at night when I went to bed and after taking this product it seemed to really help get me to sleep very quick and when I got up in the morning I felt very refreshed and I finally got a great night of sleep. Also I have tried similar products in the past but they never seemed to work very well so I think this product worked better than similar products. And I would say some benefits of using this product is that you will get to sleep faster and it will help you get a good night of sleep and make you feel great in the morning and they are very easy to take. I also feel I would buy this product in the future and also recommend it to my friends and family who have a hard time getting to sleep at night.
The Somnapure Clinical Strength sleep side is the first product that has ever actually helped me fall asleep and stay asleep all night! I've tried everything to help with my insomnia but I either can't fall asleep or wake up in a couple of hours. I've taken it for a week now and wake up right before my alarm goes off feeling refreshed and rested! It didn't make me feel sleepy during the day and so far I've had no side effects what so ever. I think I found my new go to sleep side!
This was my first time ever trying a sleep aid so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had a bit of anxiety over possibly sleeping through my alarm, feeling too sluggish/groggy in the morning, or being in such a deep sleep that if my toddler woke in the middle of the night I wouldn't hear her or be able to drag myself out of bed to get her. To my surprise, the effects weren't close to anything of what I had imagined. The two most incredible effects this had one me, have me hooked! It helps me stay asleep and if I do wake in the middle of the night for whatever reason, I am astonishingly able to go right back to sleep! I've always had trouble waking in the middle of the night then taking hours to fall back asleep. I love that it's a safe and non-habit forming sleep aid. I am sleeping so much better, feeling so well rested and will be adding this to my daily evening vitamin routine. I love this stuff!
These pills are great. I usually take melatonin and these are very similar. I have trouble sleeping from anxiety and these pills helped very much. I didn't lay awake like I usually do. It doesn't make you feel drowsy or weird, just tired and before you know it, you're out like a light. I definitely recommend them!
I was a little nervous to try these pills because they were 'Clinical Strength' and I wasn't sure how it would affect me but I'm definitely a fan of them after trying them! I fell asleep fast and stayed asleep. When I did wake up to go to the bathroom it was extremely easy for me to go back to sleep. I didn't toss or turn. It was a very restful sleep and I woke up feeling great! Ready to tackle my day :)
Works on the first dose! Shortly after taking it and laying down, I felt a calming tingle all over my body. It felt as though it was telling my body to relax. I can't ever remember how long it takes me to fall asleep because the only thing that I remember after that is waking up in the morning. I don't have a drowsy feeling when waking up, which is perfect! I would definitely recommend!!
I am typically not a fan of Sleep Aids. They typically make me feel groggy when I wake up or just simply don't work. I definitely woke up feeling refreshed and like I had a full nights sleep. I am not sure if I agree with the "Fall asleep quickly". I have had to take about an hour before I would like to fall asleep. I will continue to use.
It is a bit too strong for me, I am 150 lb male. I wish they came as tablets so i could break them. The active ingredient is the same as bendryl and it does not have other sleep inducing substances like its melatonin or chamomile. A dose of 12 mg is enough for me, this is 25 mg. Beware you will be sleepy next day but it is still better than not sleeping at all.
The product does what it says it does. With that being said I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion and I don't find a thing special about these compared to melatonin. I feel like you're paying more for the name brand versus the quality and quantity. Don't get me wrong they do work but there is nothing special about them. So yes I would recommend it but there are cheaper alternatives.
I tried this product to see how it works. I usually wake up a lot at night, let's say every time I change my position. When I took it I felt very relaxed, I fell asleep let's say 1 hour later. But I didn't feel like I slept through the night without waking up. As for the energy, the next day everything was normal. neither very tired nor sleepy
