I use this product when my mom is a little altered, in her thought process she do not like water this product helps me stop running to the hospital only for them to tell me it's urinary tract infection
The taste is not bad at all, especially when it is cold. I have an ongoing problem with dehydration and this drink has been a positive for me. In addition to my other drinks of the day, I try to sip on Pedialyte rather than chug it. I drink 8 oz per day, but don't use my guideline since I am not an athlete or a sick child. It really has helped get a handle on my dehydration. It is something the older population might keep in mind. I thought is was only for children until I learned otherwise.
i use it for myself. I'm on some medications that cause dehydration. i drink it for that reason. it works great. i told my doctor and she said that was fine. better than drinking just plain water. flavor is good. not too sweet. no after taste. it is recommended to drink cold. i did find cold was better tasting.
The taste was different, but i did feel beyter after drinking it. I ordered it online because the hospital I was in said it was good idea. They didn't have any but they said I should get some!
I'm a live in caregiver for a 94 year old lady that recently was in the hospital. Once she got home she was so dehydrated. I introduced this to her and now she asks for glasses of it daily. Even her PT has seen a huge difference in her recovery.
My husband loves drinking this to get a boost in hydration! I'll mix it with my water because i think the flavor is very rich. Great after a night out!
These are great for rehydration! my husband uses them on the regular! he can't handle drinking alcohol anymore the next day unless he has one of these! nice flavor too!
Great product, flavor not so much; family did not like the Blue Berry Frost. Unfortunately, the four pack eventually went in the trash.
The blue pedialyte gets refused by the toddlers in my care. It doesn't matter which blue flavors we try none of the kids like them. Even my spouse won't drink it.
If you want something where the smell makes you run to throw up before the cup is to your lips, this is the product for you! For anyone else trying to hydrate themselves/family/children while sick? Absolutely not!!! Great way to get someone to throw up but not helping to hydrate. We dumped the whole bottle after pouring the first glass. "Barf city, population no thank you."
