packaged differently than the picture shows but it good quality batting.
The product is great but the packaging wasn't good, it was falling apart when arrived
feels nice and soft and warm. first time using it and im happy with it.

The product I got was not name brand, it was wrapped very messy around a generic piece of cardboard making it very wrinkled, it has a very weird smell and it's stiff enough to pass as felt. Not sure what is being sold here is actually quilt batting. I will still use it as back-up but will be buying a new bolt from another seller.
Ordered a bolt of this batting Sept 2021 and liked it so much I ordered two bolts in Dec 2021. The first order was very soft with a nice drape. The recent order had no loft and was so stiff...it was more like crafting felt. So disappointed in the quality this time I ended up returning both bolts.
I was provided the wrong tracking number. It said my package was delivered, it was not. The person who the tracking number I was given got their package and they told me they have no where of knowing where my package is and cannot contact anyone to confirm I still have an order out there that has not been filled. I am thinking twice before using them again!
I am mad because when I got my batting, the package was torn open and my batting was dirty. I paid for a closed item not a dirty opened one. I am not satisfied at all.
