Love to have a bird feeder in my yard and seeing all the little birds, didn't love when they spread the shells and hulls from the seeds all over the driveway. No mess solves that problem
If you can help it don't waste your money on inferior bird seed. For (1) the birds may not eat the cheap stuff or even come around (2) it makes a mess what they throw onto the ground the junk they wont eat. Sure this is an "expensive" bird seed but is worth the extra few dollars and will not be wasted. The birds will love you for it and bring all there friends to visit your house.
the picture of the bag online shows a lot of large seeds and fruit. What I got was mostly small fill seed

Rip Off! Not actually the product listed. Mostly cheap, old millet and corn in a Pennington bag. See picture.
This is not what I ordered. The bag I received is all fill - no nuts %26 fruit.
I am major disappointed with this product. It is NOTHING like the picture. NO pistachios, raisins, cranberries, almonds, pecans or walnuts; a few peanuts. Mostly millet and maybe very small sunflower chips. I am elderly and homebound and ordered online, so returning is not an option. I just wasted $17.22 plus tax. I am not happy and will stay away from Pennington products in the future.
Product received looked nothing like the product pictured. What we got was essentially a bag filled with millet and that is NOT what we want or need. Pictures are included so that the contrast between what was advertised and what was shipped is clearly seen. This order was basically an attempt to again trust a company that caused us an infestation of pantry moths with the last bag of seed we purchased (not this particular product) and that infestation and the resulting cost over several months is why we felt we were careful in purchasing another Pennington product. We will not buy wild bird seed from Pennington in the future and we do not recommend it.
What a waste! What I received is NOTHING like what is shown.
OVERPRICED!!!! Tiny bag for $15, I will never purchase again. Last time I purchased waste free seed from Walmart I got a 15lb bag for $17.
