I've recently been wanting to try a collagen supplement but haven't really seen anything that looks really amazing until now. This Perfect Keto collagen is actually great tasting. It has a few extra calories in MTC ( medium chain triglycerides) that is not really necessary for my diet (not doing keto) but it's really not too bad. If you are needing a post workout dose you will need 2 scoops to make it the standard across the board average of 20 mg protein most people take per meal. This would make it 160 calories per serving. You just have to keep that in mind with the total calories in and out. The MTC is from coconut oil, which I normally will use for cooking/baking. This power mixes well in my hot coffee in the morning for a great tasting coconut chocolate coffee high in protein and filling enough to get me through a few hours. It also mixes great in a frozen smoothie. Totally love the taste, consistency, and how well in mixes. This is lab tested low carb yummy collagen.
I ordered this product because I've heard a ton of good about collagen supplementation. This supplement has all of the big points I look for such as Gluten Free and Keto Friendly. It tasted super good and since I just limit carbs I mixed mine with Almond Milk. The texture is smooth as well. My first canister is empty now and I need to order more!
I had been using a different, more expensive brand of collagen protein powder in a chocolate flavor. When I found Perfect Keto Collagen, it was less expensive so I knew I had to give it a try. I was really surprised that this powder was just as good, if not better and the product mixes much better than my previous brand. Instead of requiring a special mixing tool sent by the company, this Perfect Keto Collagen only requires mixing with a spoon or shaken in a simple shaker. There are no clumps at the top of the drink because it mixes completely. I love that about it and honest to goodness, it tastes exactly like I'm drinking chocolate milk. It does not smell like a vitamin. It smells and tastes like chocolate milk. When I use this, I use it to replace my breakfast and sometimes my lunch. I mix once scoop with 6 ounces of water and 6 ounces of almond milk. It's delicious! I will absolutely buy this again. I normally drink this alongside of keto foods, but I'm in a weight loss plateau right now, so I'm using this as a meal replacer to get past it.
This stuff is great and great tasting! It does not have any chalky texture or taste whatsoever; it tastes just like regular chocolate milk and I only used water to mix it! This actually is a perfect supplement in comparison to other protein mixes because it only has 2g carbohydrates when others have usually 33 or so. It makes you feel full as a meal replacement and revived after a workout. I have even added a bit of crushed ice to mine to make it a cool shake! I definitely recommend this product if your doctor agrees that it's something that you can use. Great value and quality product!
I really love this Perfect Keto Collagen Chocolate flavor, makes my mornings very excited, this collagen goes great with coffee, makes it taste very yummy! Like a mocha coffee flavor but with collagen and MTC oil, perfect for my KETO, diet. Taste great, it dissolves fast without any issues. Great product!
I received this perfect Keto collagen protein powder and I was quite pleasantly surprised. I'm not always sure what the best way is to incorporate things like this into my daily routine. This time I found that I am loving it mixed into my morning coffee. It adds that wonderful chocolatey taste! I always try to look for supplements that are considered more natural and this one is great. I'm so grateful I had a chance to try this. I would definitely recommend this to others.
So my 15 year old daughter and I took this keto powder this morning for more energy and it worked very well and the chocolate flavor was really good being that we like vanilla better. I will continue to take this to see if it makes a difference in my skin, nails and hair.. Go out and get you some ..
Perfect Keto chocolate flavored keto collagen. I was anxious to give this a try! I read some really great reviews! I have been looking for a dietary supplement containing collagen. I am really glad I found this product! After about a week of using it I noticed my hair it's a lot smoother. Also my energy levels have been through the roof! I add one spoonful to my coffee each morning, I take sugar and flavored creamer in my coffee, it actually does it taste bad!
This product can be used in any kind of drink including water. It dissolves easily and quickly without making a huge mess or clumping up while I stir. The taste isn't too bad at all which is a lot coming from me because most of the powdered supplements I can't even choke down. I did notice when you add it to other drinks, you can't taste it very much, that is depending on what you add it too. Plus it is only 2 grams of carbohydrates and you can use it as a meal replacement! Unbelievable, I can really feel all of the great ingredients this powdered supplement has in it. The fact that it has a prebiotic, MCT oil and collagen protein makes it a worth-while buy. I was a little bit surprised at how much or I should say how little was in the product when I first opened it. It was a bit more than half full but not quite three quarters full. I really want to give the product 5 stars but because of this I am giving it 4 stars.
This keto powder, I think, tastes best in milk, although water works fine too. Maybe in a smoothie as an alternative. Very strong cocoa flavor. Although this is chocolate, not the traditional chocolate flavor one thinks of. It dissolves fairly well in milk as my photo shows. Tastes good, it's a bit thick going down, but overall tasty. Contains coconut. This is not a protein drink, this is a collagen drink. Great for hair and nails too.
