Came almost completely assembled. Only took five minutes to assemble. Holds a lot of seed and the top keeps the squirrels off! They slide off the top.
I purchased this feeder to replace the same model I have had for over 10 years and which had finally given in to the effects of the sun. I use it year-round and the previous model had held up well given the exposure. I love the feeder because it holds a copious amount of feed and it works well for both small sparrows and finches as well as cardinals and doves. It handles the rain well and does an adequate job of making the squirrels work for their meal.
This bird feeder was purchased to replace an identical one that fell and broke. It is really an excellent feeder that holds a good amount of seed. The purchased from Walmart was very convient and delivery was timely.
Had one like it for 30years worked great until the squirrels tore it up. It's a great feeder
Much bigger than anticipated, but looks really good! Very sturdy. Only problem is we have a nasty little squirrel that can get to them and pulls the little port guards out and empties the tubes!
No problem with the order, however, the feeder arrived broken. It was badly packaged for shipping and the top of the feeder was broken off. We returned it.
