We find it to have a full cocoa-caramel body with pleasing citrus finish. Medium Roasted in small batches in our roastery in Tampa Bay Florida! Brown Bear Coffees founder (Rishi-pictured here) spent his young days playing in his great-grandpa`s coffee/cacao estate, in the island of Trinidad and Tobago. After migrating to the US and pursuing a successful career in Healthcare Administration, he decided to return to his agricultural roots-but as a roaster, not a grower. This allows him to showcase growers from around the world.
