For best results, wet your pet's coat for a few minutes with water, apply shampoo and work it into a lather, carefully avoiding your pet's eyes. Thoroughly wash your pet all over, including its neck, chest, body, hindquarters and legs, and pay special attention to ear flaps, lip folds, underbody areas, the base of the tail and any affected areas.
