Love the large size and it is super durable. I have a Belgian Malinois that is a magician when it comes to escaping crates. But this one has held him in! The metal gate/door is much sturdier than other crates I've tried. I love that it latches in 4 places rather than just two, like most crates.
Great purchase for my 60 lb dog. Once the hatch of the SUV is open and the front latch opened for him, he jumps right in "place" and is ready for his ride. Enough room for a comfy mat and beach towel plus his favorite teddy! Enough ventilation and viewing space to enjoy his travel time.
This is exactly described..Perfect fit for small dog.
I had one of these donated to me for my dog rescue and it is FABULOUS! It's nice and big to accommodate my bigger dogs with lots of room to move around comfortably. I also love the lock. The door is very secure.
Perfect for keeping a young enthusiastic boxer safe and out of trouble when we have to leave for a short time. He's not in the crate more than a couple of hours at any given time. He outgrew the petmate crates I had and I was satisfied with the brand and it's made in the U. S. A.

I bought the crate in anticipation of our new puppy's arrival. Her breeder had already introduced her to crates, so her transition to ours was smooth. She's been with us for a week now and she treats her crate like a haven.

Not the same size as my other 24" Petmate Vari Kennel! So I measured Petmate Vari Kennel I have now because I wanted a second one the same size. It's 24" long, just like the selection on the web site. When I ordered it, it came and while it's the same length as my current one, it's about 1.5 times as tall! Why are there two variations on the kennel that are the same length but different heights, and why isn't the kennel I have available on the web site? I ended up keeping it and using it for the dog who is currently in my shorter kennel, but there needs to be some kind of model number of these things so you can tell if you're buying the same kennel or not without measuring every single dimension.
Wrong size. The measurements on the tag are much bigger than actual dimensions. I have a different one in the actual size and this one is tiny in comparison. My adult cat will not fit so yet another pointless purchase from Walmart and another return. Will just start shopping from a different company in the future since Walmart is unreliable.
