[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has amazing picture. Very clear and crisp! The setup was very easy. The TV is light weight and programming it only took a few minutes. The volume is perfect, not too loud and not too quiet. You can download so many apps to stream your favorite TV shows and movies. We were watching our favorite TV show within 15 minutes of setting up the TV! Everything was straightforward with the instructions and setup. You won't be disappointed with this TV!

This is a good smart TV. Love how fast everything moved between apps and devices connected to TV. The screen quality was good too. However, after 9 months it just stopped powering on. So....Bust.
Bought as an upgrade to a 47" Panasonic not-so-smart TV, the initial setup was pretty easy. Then the pictures issues started: there's a noticeable line going across the bottom quarter of the screen, when the Philips logo comes up on start up, there are vertical lines in the white part in that same area (the bottom quarter) and flickering and flashing - again in that same bottom quarter of the screen. 40 minutes with Philips Customer Support, 2 restarts and a factory reset, plus unplugging and restarting a couple of times, no difference. See photo taken today 10/03/21. It's got to go back. On the plus side, the sound quality is good, but even better with my added soundbar (Bose).
ive had two phillips tvs in the past 5 years. they both didnt make it to two years old... just stopped working.
This is horrible. If you clean the screen once even the correct way it has lines on it that never go away.
Went to turn the tv on last night and it just didn't turn on! It's just been a year! I bought it Sept 2nd last year, today is 9/12. This is very disappointing!
We've had this tv for around 6 months. Today we turned it on and it's in black and white. We didn't change any settings, so it's the tv. We're extremely disappointed.
