The plane might make you gag. If you're not used to it. This is more effective than miralax and fiber NO CRAMPING. Used after 3 c sections to get things going I use during certain points in my cycle as a woman when I see I'm more bloated or I noticed that I've been indulging a little in may be fast food cravings or whatever may have you as a life happens things happen and you can't always stick to your routine if you ever need help in your downstairs department I would get Phillips because that's the way to go trust me I don't like going to the bathroom like that. I think it's disgusting so this helps you to just get it over with with no straining or drama.
I has surgery a few days ago and was on a full liquid diet for 2 weeks before. I could not go to the bathroom and my stomach was pretty sore. I have bit come in over a week. I tried a few different laxatives over last 3 days but nothing helped. I took this and went within 3 hours. It did not make me cramp up at all. Also, I hate liquid medicine. This is not bad at all.
My brother always kept a bottle and suggested i try it. I was taking stool softeners and they sometimes didn't work. Phillips will move you quickly and no cramps or gas. I ❤️ having it around.

I came back from Europe with a really messed up system. Needed to calm my stomach and also get “things” moving again! This worked great. It was very smooth, no cramps like other brands and just slowly fixed my gut issues. Nice to have on hand when you need it and it also tastes great!
Being a person on prescribed opiates, I have pretty severe constipation. I've tried prescription medication for opiate constipation, and I've had no luck. No matter what I've used, I haven't had much luck, but milk of magnesia always comes through for me. I have to take extra, and sometimes, it works as quickly as one hour later, but it usually takes several hours up to overnight to get results. Be careful, though, if you overdo it, it can give you pretty severe diarrhea.

I'm a truck driver and when I feel bloated I take my recommend amount and yes it works for me just give it time to kick in and yes plan your day accordingly lol
my family has always used Phillips milk of magnesia. my diabetic father even based his diabetic diet around that and he took it safely every night before bed. he never had a problem with his bowels right up to the day he died. so I'm carrying on the family tradition. I am also diabetic type 2.
Cherry is about the only kind I can stomach. It doesnt seem near as strong acting as it used to be. Like everything else price goes up quality goes down.
