This is the first product i have used that really works for me and i have tried at lot of them.
I started taking this product about 3 weeks ago. I had a lot of stomach issues. After taking a few days I can tell it was calming my stomach. I highly recommended and no bloating.
These probiotics have worked well to improve the digestive process, and keep the body regular. But, not too sure about the weight loss claim - after taking this supplement for 3 months, I gained 3 pounds. Not much of a weight loss as claimed. But, the probiotics are good.

Seems to work as a probiotic.
Ive used GNC probiotics and liked them much better...i dont think this helps me eat less which is what i was hoping.
I felt really bloated the first week, very gassy and that's all I haven't lost any weight. I've actually gained during 3 weeks of taking this.

No change, I didn't lose any weight
This made me sick for a whole week, my stomach hurt SO BAD! I only took it for 3 days, I'm glad I didn't take it any longer, I probably would have died!
