Perfect for making Whoopies, bleached to the bone so not the healthiest but it really works for delicate cakes. I tried using King Arthur unbleached cake flour and it just isn't as good for Whoopie pies.
The best cake flour, I have been using it for years and it bakes better then any of the others. The only problem is that I have is that when it's time to reorder it is always out of stock. I wish that they would carry it in the stores.
My Mom loves baking her cakes with this flour. So I bought her 12 boxes.
Fine, not even close to "use by" date, so very satisfied.
Well I appreciate this flour because Swans down is too expensive! Further they want to charge shipping of 12.95 making a box cost 22. Ridiculous! Walmart doesn't carry it or it is too high. What's going on? Glad this flour is reasonable and good.
Love this Cake flour and would love for Walmart to carry it in the Stores. It doesn't Compare with SwanDown. I use no Other.
Loved the fact that it was delivered on time and this is THE BEST CAKE FLOUR EVER it makes your cakes very moist and if you sifted it it will be MUCH softer only cake flour I will EVER USE
