This is an amazing shelf for storage and organization! I used this to organize and store items for my garage and son. It Is easy to put together and clean. It was just the right height and width for what I needed. It is very sturdy and holds many items. It is a good price too!
Love these I have 6 of them best thing ever can do so much with them great price too !!!
I wanted to add more wire shelves to an existing linen closet. It already had one wire shelf installed but I needed at least two more. The Width of the shelf measured 31"...which would mean I would have to purchase a 36" and have it cut down to 31". Also, I didn't want to go through the hassle of installing the additional two shelves. So I got creative and started thinking of other options. Hence my purchase of the Plano 30"W x 14"D x 55.5"H 4-Shelf Solid Plastic Shelving Unit. It fits perfect!! Note. I had to assemble the shelf INSIDE the closet (try assembling it outside the closet and then inserting afterwards and you'll see what I mean).
I needed some under-the-house shelves for paint cans and various storage; didn't want to spend a lot. The shelves had to be plastic to resist moisture, and didn't want to use the traditional cinderblock and 1x10 pine approach. I also looked at Target, Amazon, The Home Depot, and these were the best value. These shelves were delivered to my door; just shrink-wrapped (minimal packaging waste). There are little cylinders used to hold them together in shipping; I used those for feet. The tubes can easily be cut to make the shelves whatever height you need.
Although I didnt put it together myself (hubby did) Lol but otherwise I love it. Its sturdy enough to store our household supplies. It makes organizing so much better!!
This shelf is okay. Some of the parts arrived damaged since the shelf is shipped without an outer box. I'm using it to grow plants for our garden so it serves its purpose. If I wasn't too scared to go to the store during the pandemic, I would have found a different shelf.
We have several issues with this Plano 4-shelf system. First, the description is inaccurate: 1) Ours was NOT "an easy snap-fit assembly;" on the contrary, the 12 vertical tubes are ovoid-shaped thin white plastic that have to be physically forced into the corresponding holes on the shelves (those holes had splines inside them, making it difficult to get the tubes to insert completely without going in crooked.) 2) The shelves are sloppily extruded(?) plastic with a lot of residual extra plastic along the edges
I bought this for my pantry closet for light items. The shelves are flimsy. Two of mine were cracked at the area where they attach to the pole making it even more flimsy. Needs to be thicker plastic. I'm still using it for chips
Package very well! One of the poles was uneven. The stand was lop sided and leaning to one side. We had to use one of the plastic piece's to hold it up and straight.
Broken awful cut marks extra plastic very cheaply made and not well made at all. Returned hoping the next one is better
