Nice pad to add for warmth. Not available in sizes lower than 7 though. I ordered and trimmed to size for my 5 1/2 foot. You are limited to how to trim due to inside area of gel. But I was able to trim without interference to gel. And it does add insulation to cold carpetless floor.
Snowed today, and it sure helped to have nice warm insoles. I don't know how good they, are as I must take the rcommendation of my mom. I am a caregiver for this young 91 year old and I sure want the very best for her. She gives an OK, so it is OK in my book.
These work well to keep feet warm in New England.
I am a lift attendent at a ski resort and must stand out in the cold and snow. I was hoping the Toasty Feet insoles would keep my feet warmer than my original insoles but they really don't seem to be any warmer for the money spent. I told my partner not to bother spending the $12.00 for them.
