Item is good to temperatures below zero, but its not recommended -10 or colder . Tough little motor.
This is a nice little pump. It's really easy to clean. Stronger than a regular aquarium pump but I don't think it would handle pushing enough water in a larger concret type fountain. Using mine to push water out of an urn . Nice sound at night. Does what it says it will do.
